爱自己，永远是中年女人一生的课题

四五十岁的女人，难道就不配拥有纯粹的心动吗？回首半生，她们把最好的青春给了家庭，把无尽的耐心给了孩子，把温柔体贴给了丈夫和公婆。她们在柴米油盐中磨平了棱角，在日复一日的琐碎中消耗了热情。唯独忘了，自己也是一个需要被理解、被偏爱、被呵护的女人。年轻时的爱情，或许看重的是轰轰烈烈的追求，是鲜花礼物的浪漫；而到了中年，所谓的“生理性喜欢”，从来都不是一时的新鲜感，更不是肤浅的肉欲吸引。

那是一种灵魂深处的契合，是久旱逢甘霖的懂得。

是终于有一个人，透过你坚强的外表，看穿了你藏在岁月里的疲惫；是终于有一个人，不需要你刻意伪装，不需要你勉强迁就，就能接住你所有的脆弱。她们见过太多感情里的虚伪，经历过太多生活的一地鸡毛，早就练就了一身铜皮铁骨。可偏偏面对这份发自内心的、带着体温的喜欢，所有的防备都在顷刻间土崩瓦解。

这种喜欢，是身体比大脑更诚实的反应。是想靠近的本能，是想触碰的冲动，是想要在他怀里卸下所有重担的渴望。因为害怕失去这份难得的温暖，她们开始患得患失；因为贪恋这份久违的悸动，她们忍不住步步靠近。哪怕明知这段感情可能没有结果，哪怕要承受周围异样的眼光，甚至要冒着家庭破碎的风险，她们也舍不得转身离开。

这是贪心吗？或许吧。但这更是对幸福最后的一次执着，是对自我生命力的最后一次确认。

我特别理解这份难以放手。因为这世间，懂你的人本就寥寥无几，而在中年还能让你重拾心动的人，更是凤毛麟角。前半生在婚姻里消磨了激情，在生活里磨灭了光芒，好不容易遇到一个能让自己眼睛重新发光的人，这种刻在骨子里的吸引力，怎么可能说放就放？那种感觉，就像是溺水的人抓住了浮木，黑暗中的行者看到了微光，谁能轻易松开手？

但是，理解归理解，作为过来人，我依然想泼一盆冷水，说说我的观点。

中年人的喜欢，确实难得且珍贵，但它绝不应该是你生活的全部，更不应该成为毁灭你的导火索。你可以心动，可以珍惜这份相遇带来的美好，但请务必保持清醒。别为了那一瞬间的温暖，打乱了原本安稳的生活节奏；别为了让这份纯粹的喜欢延续，而让自己陷入万劫不复的深渊。
