截至2026年3月31日，福州住房公积金中心住房公积金缴存余额549.5亿元，个人住房贷款余额397.58亿元（含贴息贷款余额0.31亿元），个人住房贷款使用率为72.35%。
据当地媒体统计，该数据创近27个月以来新低，且连续11个月失守80%关口。
