据央视新闻消息，伊朗副外长拉万奇10日在驻伊朗外国使节和国际组织代表参加的会议上表示，各方已达成共识，伊朗的十点计划将作为谈判的基础。
他强调，伊朗始终欢迎外交和对话，但绝不接受基于虚假信息、旨在欺骗和为再次对伊朗发动军事侵略铺路的对话。
