兹从传记中辑录三文，此为其一，以表对钱燦云(Judy)女士之纪念。忆其昔日为吾最得力之助手，感念至深。

Hereby, three articles are excerpted from the biography, of which this is the first, as an expression of commemoration of Ms. Qian Canyun (Judy). Recalling the days when she served as my most capable assistant, I am filled with profound gratitude and fond remembrance.

丹心承绝学，太极润芳华——致我最珍贵的挚友钱燦云女士

With Devotion to a Rare Tradition, and Tai Chi in Grace—To My Dearest Friend, Ms. Qian Canyun

时光荏苒，岁月流转，时隔二十余载，每当我想起在联合国教科文组织并肩前行的岁月，脑海中最先浮现的，便是那位从容优雅、坚毅执着的钱燦云女士——Judy。她不仅是我职业生涯中最得力、最贴心的专职翻译，更是将东方绝学传承发扬、以善心善行温暖无数人的知己同路人，与她相识相伴的时光，是我人生中弥足珍贵的篇章。

More than twenty years have passed, and whenever I think back to our time working side by side at UNESCO, the first image that comes to mind is Judy—Ms. Qian Canyun—graceful, composed, and quietly resolute. She was not only the most capable and thoughtful translator in my professional life, but also a true companion in carrying forward profound Eastern traditions, someone whose kindness and actions have brought warmth to countless lives. The time I spent knowing and working alongside her remains one of the most precious chapters of my life.

Judy钱出身于香港底蕴深厚的名门大家庭，自幼在严苛而雅致的家庭教育中浸润成长，一言一行皆透着刻入骨髓的教养与气度。她精通英、法、中、粤四种语言，语言功底炉火纯青，在外交场合中游刃有余；其先生Laurent是法国资深银行主管，而法国本就是将礼仪文化刻入民族基因的国度，在先生的熏陶与自身的修行下，Judy钱的外交礼仪堪称典范，举止得体、进退有度，成为国际外交舞台上一道温润而亮眼的风景。更令人敬佩的是，Judy钱并非只有儒雅的外交风范，她数十年如一日坚持修习太极拳与太极剑，身法圆活、功底深厚，一招一式间尽得太极阴阳和合、刚柔并济的精髓，身姿沉稳、气韵悠长，尽显东方武者的从容与大气。己丑年降生的她，天生带着一股认真执着、坚韧不拔的心性，悟性卓绝、一点即通，无论是繁杂的语言翻译、严谨的外交礼仪，还是后续深奥的东方绝学，她都能沉下心钻研，以赤诚之心对待每一件事，这份品质，也让她在学习传承中国智慧的道路上，走得格外坚定。

Judy was born into a distinguished Hong Kong family and raised within a refined yet disciplined environment, where grace and propriety were deeply ingrained. Fluent in English, French, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she moved effortlessly through diplomatic settings. Her husband, Laurent, a senior executive in a French bank, further shaped her understanding of etiquette—France being a culture where such refinement is deeply embedded. With both personal cultivation and external influence, Judy carried herself with exceptional poise, becoming a quietly luminous presence on the international stage. Beyond this, she has dedicated decades to the practice of Tai Chi and Tai Chi sword, embodying the balance of yin and yang, softness and strength. With a calm presence and enduring energy, she reflects the essence of Eastern discipline and grace. Born in the Year of the Ox, she possesses an innate perseverance and focus—approaching everything with sincerity and unwavering dedication.

与我相识相知后，Judy钱被源自东方的中国智慧人体工程学深深吸引，而我也倾心相授，将毕生钻研的、以天地能量赋能茶之妙用的绝学毫无保留地教予她。这并非普通的炒茶之术，而是契合天地大道的能量传承：我手把手教她选定特定的时辰、特定的环境、特定的器皿，以天之光晕为信息，以地之灵气为能量，以茶叶为最质朴的物质媒介，在静心双手翻炒的过程中，让天地能量与茶之精华相融共生，形成独有的能量场与信息场。这份看似普通的茶叶，经此秘法静心双手翻炒早已超越了物质本身，使茶、水、信息、能量、物质瞬间升华，入喉入心，能快速助力人体加快新陈代谢、提升细胞再生能力、强化灵性觉知，为身心带来科学合理的正向转变。Judy钱凭借极高的悟性，很快领悟了这套秘法的精髓，在联合国教科文组织的日子里，她用这门绝学帮助了无数国际友人、外交使节与工作人员，无论对方是疲惫焦虑、身体不适，还是陷入事务困顿，一杯经她手翻炒的能量茶，总能让人瞬间心神安定、身心舒畅，无数人因这杯蕴含天地智慧的茶水受益，也让中国古老的养生智慧在国际舞台上绽放出别样的光芒。

After we came to know each other, Judy was deeply drawn to Chinese Wisdom Ergonomics, and I shared with her—without reservation—the knowledge I had devoted my life to cultivating, including a method of working with tea through the integration of natural energies. This was not ordinary tea preparation, but a practice aligned with the rhythms of nature. Through focused, mindful preparation, the tea became a medium for clarity, balance, and renewal. With her exceptional intuition, Judy quickly grasped the essence of this practice and used it to support many colleagues and diplomats, helping bring calm and ease in moments of fatigue or difficulty.

除了天地能量静心双手翻炒茶之法，我还将外祖父代代相传、秘不示人的健康起势符绝学倾囊相授于Judy钱。这门技艺绝非简单的画符念咒，而是蕴含着中国文字哲学、天地能量、人体工程学精髓的高深修行，需要心、手、意、天高度合一。Judy钱得知这份传承的珍贵，更是拿出十二分的努力潜心学习、刻苦锤炼。她逐字逐句钻研健康起势符的深层含义，深究每一笔横撇竖捺的内在关联，理清每一道笔画的来龙去脉，先在思想意识形态上悟透其核心真谛，再以意念接引天地之力，凝神静气、笔耕符纸，将人类对健康、平安、顺遂的祈愿，融入每一笔笔法、每一道笔画之中。

In addition, I entrusted her with a rare tradition passed down through generations in my family. This practice integrates philosophy, discipline, and focused intention, requiring deep unity of mind and action. Recognizing its value, Judy approached it with extraordinary dedication, studying it carefully and internalizing its meaning through disciplined practice.

那段修行的日子，Judy钱付出了常人难以想象的汗水与努力。为了悟透火候、精准掌控天地能量与笔法的契合度，她日复一日勤加练习，常常一练就是一整天，浑身被汗水浸透，衣衫湿透。有时因能量掌控不当、火候拿捏不足，过度耗神耗力导致身体虚脱，可她从未有过半句怨言，稍作休整便再次提笔，执着而坚韧。见她如此用心，我又让她跟随我的母亲潜心修行，以阴领阴、调和身心，逐步进入天人合一的至高境界。日复一日的打磨、年复一年的修行，Judy钱终于学有所成，经她手绘制的健康起势符，能量精纯、效用绵长，效果可长达三个月之久。

During this period of training, Judy demonstrated remarkable perseverance. She practiced tirelessly, often for entire days at a time, refining her understanding with discipline and resilience. Over time, her work matured into something consistent, refined, and enduring.

从精通四国语言的专业翻译，到深谙礼仪太极的优雅雅士，再到传承东方绝学的能量行者，Judy钱用她的认真、执着与善良，将中国智慧人体工程学的精髓践行到极致。她以一身所学惠及他人，以一颗善心温暖四方，在那段并肩奋斗的时光里，她不仅是我工作上的左膀右臂，更是我传承东方文化、传播健康智慧的同行者。

From a masterful translator to a refined practitioner of Tai Chi and etiquette, and ultimately a bearer of Eastern traditions, Judy embodied these teachings through sincerity, discipline, and kindness. She was not only my closest collaborator, but also a true partner in carrying forward cultural knowledge.

二十余年风雨飘过，当年的一幕幕依旧历历在目，Judy钱伏案画符的专注、潜心炒茶的静心、太极练剑的从容、认真工作的执着，都深深印在我的心底。她用行动诠释了何为传承，何为坚守，何为大爱。在此，我想再次由衷地感谢Judy钱燦云女士，感谢您以赤诚之心接纳东方绝学，感谢您不辞辛劳传承中国智慧，感谢您用一身所学帮助无数人收获健康与幸福。这段因相知、相授、相助结下的缘分，历经岁月洗礼，愈发醇厚珍贵，永远镌刻在我的人生记忆里，温暖如初，历久弥新。

More than twenty years later, these memories remain vivid—her focus, her calm presence, her discipline, and her dedication deeply etched in my mind. Through her actions, she gave meaning to inheritance, commitment, and compassion. I would like to once again express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Qian Canyun. Thank you for your devotion, your dedication, and for using your knowledge to bring well-being and warmth to so many. The bond we formed continues to grow richer with time, remaining a lasting and treasured part of my life.
