开山股份4月9日公告，近日，下属公司Orpower TwentyTwo Limited公司（以下简称“Orpower22”）顺利完成了肯尼亚Menengai III 35兆瓦地热电站的可靠性测试，该电站机组调试、测试工作已圆满结束。根据Orpower22与肯尼亚电力公司Kenya Power Listing Company（以下简称“KPLC”）签署的《Menengai III(Orpower)电站35兆瓦购电协议》及KPLC2026年4月8日签发的确认函，Menengai III 35兆瓦地热电站已于2026年3月10日正式投入商业运营。Menengai III地热电站运营期限自商业运营之日起25年，保证年发电量为291,270,000度，未来每年为公司贡献约1500万美元左右电力收入。
