做法：
1. 锅里放少许油，口蘑朝下摆好，小火煎出金黄汤汁。
2. 倒足量开水煮开，放入老豆腐块，煮5分钟。
3. 加一把紫菜、葱花、虾皮搅匀。
4. 放1勺生抽、少许盐、白胡椒粉调味，搅匀就能出锅。
