做法:
1. 锅里放少许油,口蘑朝下摆好,小火煎出金黄汤汁。
2. 倒足量开水煮开,放入老豆腐块,煮5分钟。
3. 加一把紫菜、葱花、虾皮搅匀。
4. 放1勺生抽、少许盐、白胡椒粉调味,搅匀就能出锅。
