格隆汇4月8日丨越秀地产(00123.HK)公告，于2026年4月8日，俊英发展有限公司("俊英")(作为借款人)与一家银行("贷款人")订立一份融资协议，据此，贷款人在融资协议的条款及条件规限下提供10亿港元定期贷款融资，贷款期由首次提款日期起计364天。俊英为公司全资附属公司，其于融资协议项下责任由公司担保。
