杜邦公司近日宣布，已顺利完成芳纶业务剥离交易，将其芳纶业务，包括 Kevlar®（凯芙拉® ）和 Nomex®（诺迈柯斯®）品牌出售给TJC, L.P. 旗下关联企业的投资组合公司Arclin。本次交易对杜邦芳纶业务的估值约为18亿美元。
