联合国安理会7日就一项涉霍尔木兹海峡决议草案进行表决。15个成员中，11票赞成，巴基斯坦和哥伦比亚弃权，作为常任理事国的中国和俄罗斯投反对票。草案历经六轮修改未获通过。表决结束后，中国大使傅聪对记者表示，今天投票时机极为不当。傅聪表示，美国总统的言论，各方有目共睹，安理会此时通过这样的决议极其危险。（记者 张旻璐）
