新京报贝壳财经讯 4月7日，渝三峡A公告，控股股东生材集团拟向渝富控股协议转让公司无限售条件流通股2167.96万股，占公司总股本的5.00%，每股价格为8.18元，转让价款总计1.77亿元。2026年4月5日，该转让方案已获得重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会批复，同意此次非公开协议转让。
