4月7日，*ST春天（600381）发布公告，李贺因个人原因辞去公司董事职务，其辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司董事会于2026年4月7日审议通过聘任付晓鹏为公司董事会秘书，其自2016年8月至今担任公司证券事务代表。
2025年前三季度，*ST春天实现收入2.13亿元，归母净利润-283万元。
