4月7日，针对安徽合肥某优衣库门店顾客因“摸包”“逛店时间长”遭错控偷窃一事，优衣库方面回应称，门店在未查看完整监控情况下指控顾客偷窃，后经警方介入及核实付款凭证，确认不存在偷窃并已致歉。涉事门店相关负责人表示，目前已与当事人取得联系并协商处理，后续将加强员工培训与教育。
