4月7日金融一线消息，四川金融监管局发布批复，同意解散乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司。根据《四川金融监管局关于乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司的批复》（川金监复〔2026〕77号），乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司经清产核资后的债权、债务由乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司承接。
