据财联社4月2日电，天眼查App显示，近日，蔚能（武汉）电池科技有限公司发生工商变更，原股东武汉蔚能电池资产有限公司退出，新增中信证券为全资股东，同时，赖晓明卸任法定代表人、董事、经理，刘勇接任法定代表人、董事，王洲接任经理。
该公司成立于2025年10月，经营范围包括蓄电池租赁、新能源汽车废旧动力蓄电池回收及梯次利用、电动汽车充电基础设施运营等。
