朱庆华，男，汉族，1971年4月生，中共党员，大学学历，工学学士。
他曾任厦门市审计局党组副书记、副局长；厦门市委金融办分管日常工作的副主任，兼厦门市地方金融管理局局长、党组书记等职。
2024年，他任厦门市审计局党组书记、局长。
