财联社4月3日电，国家互联网信息办公室发布关于《数字虚拟人信息服务管理办法（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的通知，其中提到，任何组织和个人提供、使用数字虚拟人服务应当尊重知识产权和商业道德。使用他人文字、美术、摄影、音乐、视听等作品或者制品制作数字虚拟人，以及各类主体在使用数字虚拟人过程中，不得侵害他人依法享有的知识产权。
