雕刻工艺师葛天金十八年来，每年清明前都为江苏公安英烈墙增刻牺牲民警姓名，今年又添六个新名字。新中国成立以来，江苏公安共有617名民警因公牺牲，葛师傅只愿刻下的这些名字被人记住，“只要有人记得他们，他们就还活着。”
