4月1日，宁波能源（600982）发布公告，公司向全资子公司宁波宁能投资管理有限公司增资1.95亿元，增资完成后宁能投资的注册资本金将由1000万元变更为2.05亿元，公司在宁能投资的持股比例保持100%。
此次增资有助于宁能投资业务开展，增强其盈利能力，符合公司发展战略。
2025年前三季度，宁波能源实现收入26.96亿元，归母净利润2.42亿元。
