格隆汇4月1日丨三力制药(603439.SH)公布，近日，公司与汉方制药签署了《药品上市许可持有人转让协议》，约定汉方制药将其持有的16个药品的上市许可及相关权益转让给公司，其中顺铂氯化钠注射液（国药准字H20020273）为本次转让核心品种。合计转让价款（含税）人民币200万元。
