今天（4月1日），《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例实施细则》开始施行。倒卖回流药、串换医保药品、虚假就医等欺诈骗保行为将被重点打击。根据《实施细则》，将重点打击定点医药机构以“车接车送、减免费用、给好处费、赠送米面油”等方式骗保问题。（央视新闻）
