当事人李亮，男，因故意犯罪被法院判处有期徒刑。根据《中华人民共和国教师法》第十四条、《教师资格条例》第十八条及《 <教师资格条例> 实施办法》第二十五条的规定，市教委于2026年3月3日给予当事人如下行政处罚：丧失教师资格，不能重新取得教师资格。当事人持有的编号为2019123××××××0880的教师资格证书自处罚决定作出之日起作废。特此公示。
