3月31日，存储芯片厂商铠侠（Kioxia）再次向客户发布最新停产通知，宣布部分传统 浮栅式（Floating Gate）2D NAND 以及 第三代 BiCS FLASH 产品将逐步退出市场。此前，铠侠已宣布停产小容量 TSOP 封装产品。
根据通知内容，这些产品的最后客户预测订单截止日为2026 年 9 月 30 日，而最终出货截止时间为 2028 年12月31 日。
