财联社3月31日电，渤健宣布同意斥资56亿美元收购制药公司Apellis Pharmaceuticals，扩大在免疫学和罕见病领域的治疗能力。交易完成后，Biogen将获得两款已获批准的药物——用于治疗一种致失明免疫系统疾病的Syfovre和用于治疗血液疾病和罕见肾病的Empaveli。
