东方电气3月31日公告，2025年实现营业收入775.83亿元，同比增长13.11%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润38.31亿元，上年同期29.22亿元，同比增长31.11%；基本每股收益1.15元。公司拟以当前公司总股本34.58亿股为基数，每10股派发现金股利5.3元（含税），共计派发现金股利18.33亿元，占2025年合并报表归母净利润的47.84%。
