人民财讯3月31日电，金田股份(601609)3月31日公告，公司拟通过在香港新设公司香港智联，并通过香港智联新设全资子公司金田耐科斯科技（越南）有限公司（简称“越南耐科斯”），以越南耐科斯为项目主体在越南投资建设“年产3万吨液冷散热及机架母线用高精密铜排生产项目”，计划总投资不超过6亿元。
