新浪财经3月31日讯，ST长方公告，公司收到债权人深圳市一匡贸易有限公司的通知，获悉申请人以公司不能清偿到期债务且明显缺乏清偿能力，但具有重整价值为由，于2026年3月27日向深圳市中级人民法院申请对公司进行重整，并同时申请启动预重整程序。
