山东钢铁3月31日公告，公司拟与山东钢铁集团有限公司（以下简称“山钢集团”）签署《股权转让协议》，通过非公开协议方式向山钢集团转让公司持有的山信软件股份有限公司（以下简称“山信软件”）32.8649%股权，转让价格为1.81亿元。交易完成后，公司不再合并山信软件报表，山信软件成为公司参股公司。
