人民财讯3月31日电，融捷股份(002192)3月31日公告，公司近期对纳税义务履行情况开展了合规自查，经自查确认，全资子公司甘孜州融达锂业有限公司需补缴2020年度至2024年度企业所得税及滞纳金4550.4万元。截至本公告披露日，前述企业所得税款已补缴完毕。本次补缴不涉及税务行政处罚。
