财联社3月31日电，日本“帝国数据库”3月31日发布调查结果称，日本4月有2798种食品计划涨价。这是日本自2025年10月以来时隔半年再次出现单月逾2000种食品涨价的局面。从品类来看，蛋黄酱、沙拉酱等“调味料”涨价数量最多，达到1514种；方便面、罐头等“加工食品”为609种；“酒类及饮料”为369种，对象包括威士忌和烧酒。涨价的主要原因是原材料价格上涨。
