至正股份3月31日公告，公司董事会当天收到施君的辞职报告。施君因个人原因，请求辞去公司副总裁职务。辞去上述职务后，施君不再担任公司其他职务。同时，董事会原指定施君代行董事会秘书职责，施君离任后，将由公司董事长王强代行董事会秘书职责。
