格隆汇3月31日丨富力地产(02777.HK)公告，集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得净亏损约人民币166亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则为净亏损人民币177.89亿元。年度净亏损主要归因于以下因素：(i)中国房地产行业持续低迷，导致房地产开发的营业额下降；及(ii)发展中物业、已落成持作待售物业及其他固定资产减值拨备。
