即日起至2026年4月10日，“如画三明 烟火四季”乡村厨师大赛品鉴通道开启。来三明市沙县区夏茂镇俞邦村与专业评委达人、以及12支队伍厨师一起，吃三明，评乡厨。
其中，4月11日，民间美食交流宴限额1320人；4月12日，乡厨大赛品鉴宴限额1320人。
