每经AI快讯，3月31日，均胜电子（00699.HK）公告，公司于2025年10月17日与均普智能签订《均普智能采购框架协议》，协议有效期自2025年11月6日起至2027年12月31日止。协议约定，公司及其附属公司可向均普智能及其附属公司采购定制智能制造设备及相关的数字化软件研发服务。经2026年3月30日董事会决议，该协议项下2026年度交易上限由人民币2.219亿元调整为人民币4.004亿元。
