灵活就业人员以个人身份
参加城镇职工医疗保险，
需要按年一次性缴清费用，
原正常参保人员需要在
3月31日前
缴清2026年度灵活就业人员医保费，
否则医保断缴3个月
就无法正常享受医疗保障待遇，
如果是新参加灵活就业医保的人员，
办理完参保登记手续后可以直接缴费，
