财联社3月30日电，上海今日出让一宗位于长宁区中山公园的涉宅用地，地块起始出让总价55.64亿元。该地块吸引了华润、新长宁联合体以及保利发展、金茂家三家竞买人参与现场竞价，经过41轮竞价，最终由保利发展以59.22亿元的价格竞得，成交楼面价77697元/平方米，溢价率6.43%。（财联社记者 王海春）
