龙湖集团3月30日在港交所公告，Charm Talent International Limited及Junson Development International Limited（均为本公司的主要股东）已分别承诺向员工信託无对价捐赠60,000,000股股份及40,000,000股股份。该等捐赠股份将作为计划股份，根据计划予以使用。
