据美国《纽约时报》报道，美国海岸警卫队29日允许一艘满载原油的俄罗斯油轮驶向古巴港口，避免了一场可能发生的美俄对峙。
据报道，这艘俄罗斯油轮载有约73万桶原油，预计将在29日晚进入古巴水域，并于31日到达目的地——古巴马坦萨斯港。这些原油有望暂时缓解古巴能源紧张形势。
