3月29日，@广州铁路 发文称，经铁路部门全力抢修，3月29日18时12分广湛高铁佛山至荔湾所间，18时35分南广高铁、贵广高铁广州南至佛山西站间接触网异物清理完毕，设备故障已排除，列车运输秩序正逐步恢复。因列车停运、晚点给广大旅客出行带来不便，铁路部门表示歉意。
