诺和诺德（NVO.US）近日宣布，美国FDA已批准其减重药物Wegovy（semaglutide，司美格鲁肽）更高剂量版本——Wegovy HD（7.2 mg注射剂）。Wegovy HD需在患者已耐受2.4 mg剂量至少4周、且临床上仍需进一步减重的前提下使用，并需结合低热量饮食和增加体力活动。
