当地时间3月28日，伊朗红新月会发布统计称，截至3月27日，本轮美以伊冲突已造成伊朗超过9万处民用设施受损。此外，600所学校在袭击中受损。救援体系同样遭到波及，包括17处红新月会分支机构在内的290处医疗及急救设施以及46辆救护车、3架救援直升机以及48辆其他作业车辆受损。
