恒伟集团控股(08219)发布公告，本集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度录得本公司拥有人应占溢利不少于约50万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约1923万港元。董事会认为，出现转亏为盈之变动乃主要归因于(其中包括)(i)偿还本集团的银行借款后，利息开支得以减少;及(ii)年内物业、厂房及设备并无确认减值亏损(2024年：减值亏损约866万港元)所致。
