智通财经APP讯，透云生物(01332)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得销售所提供货品及服务的收入7194.8万港元，同比减少21.74%;公司拥有人应占溢利2679.9万港元，去年同期则取得亏损8810.7万港元;每股盈利0.95港仙。
公告称，年度溢利改善主要主要乃因按公平值计入损益的非持作买卖金融资产的公平值大幅获利。
