3月26日，吕良伟出席香港马拉松活动，已经70岁的他谈到保持“不老容颜”的秘诀其实是经常锻炼，还自曝连周润发看到他的时候都楞了，开玩笑问“是不是吃了防腐剂？”他解释道：“保持好的面貌和身体状态，其实是对观众负责。”
“周润发陪伴着卢海鹏和郑则仕慢跑，他们的身体也渐渐恢复。”他强调70岁并不是躺平的年纪，也想通过自己的好状态，给观众们鼓励。
