据法尔斯通讯社等多家伊朗媒体27日报道，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队发布“真实承诺－4”第48号公告，敦促西亚地区各国民众“立即撤离美军驻扎区域”。
公告说，美国和以色列因“无胆识、无能力”保卫自己的军事基地，企图利用无辜民众作“人体盾牌”。伊朗有责任“消灭”美以势力，无论他们身在何处。公告建议民众立即离开美军部署区域，以免受到伤害。
