蓝鲸新闻3月27日讯，近日，中国人民银行黑龙江省分行发布了罚单，剑指江海证券有限公司及其相关负责人。
罚单显示，江海证券有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：未按照规定开展客户尽职调查；未按照规定报告可疑交易。
针对上述违法违规行为，中国人民银行黑龙江省分行对其罚款145.32万元；对郭某罚款1.5万元；对张某全罚款1.1万元。
