星德胜（603344）发布公告，公司董事顾帆因个人原因申请辞去公司第二届董事会董事及战略委员会委员职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。顾帆的离任时间为2026年3月27日，原定任期到期日为2027年7月30日。辞职不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定最低人数，也不会影响公司的正常运行。
2025年前三季度，星德胜实现收入19.11亿元，归母净利润1.34亿元。
