荷兰警方报告称，今天上午，林堡省梅尔森（Meerssen ）附近发生一起火车与汽车相撞事故。汽车司机受伤，已被送往医院，目前情况不明。由公交公司Arriva运营的火车和汽车均受损，所幸火车上的乘客未受伤。
事故发生在早上7时30分左右。
事故原因尚不清楚。照片显示，汽车最终停在了铁轨上。
Arriva公司的乘客已从火车上疏散；该公司确保乘客可以通过其他交通方式继续行程。
由于事故，马斯特里赫特（Maastricht）和海尔伦（ Heerlen）之间的列车一度暂时停运。
