3月25日，诺诚健华-U（688428.SH）公告称，公司2025年度归属于母公司股东的净利润为6.42亿元，扣除非经常性损益后净利润为5.53亿元，均实现盈利，符合“上市时未盈利公司首次实现盈利”情形。自2026年3月27日起，公司A股股票简称由“诺诚健华-U”变更为“诺诚健华”，股票代码688428保持不变。
