各开发区管委会，各区县(市)人民政府，市人民政府各部门，各有关单位：
郑州市人民政府决定：
任命廖军和为郑州市人民政府副秘书长(兼)；
任命刘亚涛为郑州市人民政府副秘书长。
免去黄国彦的郑州市人民政府副秘书长(兼)职务；
免去王政的郑州市人民政府副秘书长职务。
