近日，四川广元，村民刷视频发现自家土地被村组长私自占用，原有猕猴桃被铲除，改种了玉米！3月25日，当地政府回复称，占用行为由村组长母某强个人决定，未事先告知并征得村民同意。目前已停止涉事地块现有耕作行为，并与村民协商对占用期间的损失进行600元/年的补偿，该村民对此表示同意。
